I will never ask you to wean from night feeds / pacifier or move your child to their own bedroom if that is not what you want.

The most extensive support programme you can get. This is for parents who want sustainable, long-term solutions to reach sleep objectives such as :
transitioning baby to their crib
night weaning or reducing feeds
removing night wakes
helping baby fall asleep independently

We will look at the root cause of your child’s challenges and address them in a way that is aligned with your values.
I do not promote the use of cry it out methods. I work on the basis of secure parent-child attachment. My goal is not to give you quick fixes, it is to help you understand the reasons of your child’s difficulties and how you as a parent, with your behaviour and responses, can support them in developing a good relationship with sleep.

Families can typically achieve their objectives as early as after 4 weeks, but I remain available for 8 weeks should you and your child need longer support. It is important to me that we progress at your pace, without any stress on time limit.
