  • The most extensive support programme you can get. This is for parents who want sustainable, long-term solutions to reach sleep objectives such as :

    • transitioning baby to their crib

    • night weaning or reducing feeds

    • removing night wakes

    • being able to step out of the room while baby falls asleep

    • lengthening naps

    We will look at the root cause of your child’s challenges and address them in a way that is aligned with your values.

    I do not promote the use of cry it out methods. I work on the basis of secure parent-child attachment. My goal is not to give you quick fixes, it is to help you understand the reasons of your child’s difficulties and how you as a parent, with your behaviour and responses, can support them in developing a good relationship with sleep.

    • A first 2-hour video consultation where we will establish your sleep plan

    • Daily analysis of your sleep log for nights and nap

    • Unlimited calls

    • Daily WhatsApp support

    Families can typically achieve their objectives as early as after 4 weeks, but I remain available for 8 weeks should you and your child need longer support. It is important to me that we progress at your pace, without any stress on time limit.

  • During this phone consultation, I will answer all your questions about newborn sleep. You will get :

    • a deep understanding of your baby’s sleep physiology

    • age-appropriate routines

    • an example of a daily schedule

    At that age, infants are very reliant on their caregiver to fall and stay asleep.

    Together, we will make a plan so that you can thrive in parenthood whilst respecting your baby’s physiological needs.
